If you are creative, sociable and prefer to try new things rather than stick to a rigid plan, you may be suited to a Red Team type role.
If you are proactive, a natural planner and more confident in making decisions based on data and industry standards, you will be better suited to the Blue Team.
Red Team plays the role of an attacker, trying to find vulnerabilities and overcome cyber security defences.
Blue Team defend against attacks and respond to incidents when they happen.
