Note: When providing training services, client employees’ data (with consent) are processed – name, surname, email, IP address, communication – in order to deliver contracted services. Client employees may also directly provide their data – name, surname, email – to receive training services. Employees’ names and surnames are also used to issue certificates of participation in training.

For this purpose, processed data include: name, surname, email address, account number, client communication (including email content and metadata), license information, position, company name, and order details (invoice number, order number, product information, etc.). These data are processed in the Company’s legitimate interest to expand business and properly provide services.

We have the right to process the above-mentioned personal data when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Personal Data Retention Periods

Website user data are stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the specific purpose. Specifically:

  • Prospective client data – stored no longer than 2 years from the end of communication;
  • Transaction data – stored no longer than 10 years from the date of full performance of the transaction;
  • Client employees’ data obtained during transactions – deleted immediately once no longer relevant, but no later than 7 days after service provision, except for certificate data, which are stored for 5 years from issuance;
  • Event participation data – deleted immediately once no longer relevant, except for payment information, which is stored for 10 years from the payment date;
  • Newsletter data – stored until you withdraw your consent;
  • Partner data – stored no longer than 10 years after the partnership agreement ends;
  • License holder data – stored no longer than 10 years after the end of the agreement.

In certain cases, we cannot specify in advance the exact period for which your personal data will be stored. For example, usage data of our Website will be stored as long as necessary for their specific processing purposes.

Notwithstanding the periods set out above, we have the right to store your personal data when such storage is necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to protect the vital interests of you or other individuals.

  4. Right to restriction of processing – upon request, we will continue to store your personal data but will not process them further;
  5. Right to object – upon your objection to the processing of your personal data, we will stop processing them, except in cases provided by law;
  6. Right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
